I personally think it is slightly P2W but I wanted to know what everyone else thinks. Should it be in the store? If you didn't know already they will resurrect you after 30 seconds if you drink it while alive.

Would it be possible to maybe up the charges of the ones that drop in Cold? I don't know what the spawn time is but they only spawn with 5 charges, compared to the ones with 10 in the store.
